Entrepreneur · Technologist · Implementer
A little about me.
After completing my master’s degree in business and economics at the University of Basel, I began developing software for large companies and public administrations in the early 1990s. The combination of technology, organisation and implementation has shaped my work ever since.
This work led to De Simone & Osswald AG. Within ten years, I grew the company to 80 employees and subsequently sold it to Altran. Today, as an independent consultant, I support digital and AI projects – personally and through to implementation.

The connecting thread
From code to entrepreneurial responsibility.
My career does not follow a single technology trend. It follows one consistent task: building systems from new possibilities that genuinely work for people and organisations.
Early 1990s
Making software real.
I started by developing Windows client/server applications for large enterprises and public administrations. With the emergence of the internet, my focus shifted towards web technologies and connected business processes.

Turning projects into a company.
De Simone & Osswald AG developed from technical projects into a software company with 80 employees. Ten years after it was founded, the company was sold to Altran.
Entrepreneurship · Leadership · GrowthToday
Turning new possibilities into practical results.
Today I work as an independent consultant. I personally support companies with digital initiatives around AI, software and e-commerce. I connect strategic goals with sound technical decisions and actively contribute to delivery.
When needed, I work with my clients’ teams or selected specialists.
